Production Time: We aren't a big-box warehouse; we are a custom shop. Please allow 2–5 business days for your gear to be printed and inspected before it ships.

Shipping Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (USA)

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (USA)

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Lost Packages: Proven Outdoors Co. is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim.
