Refund policy
At Proven Outdoors Co., all our products are custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order. Because of this custom-made process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your gear arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will make it right. Please contact us via Instagram @provenoutdoorsco within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Cancellations: Our automated system sends orders to production quickly. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is in production, it cannot be modified.
